Care for your own image is an indispensable element of the contemporary world. Everyone makes sure that their image is perceived in the manner in which they want it. To talk about success, we have to not only acquire customers who will stay with us, and come back to us, but also create a stable and strong brand which will be recognizable and respected. Customers going shopping have great expectations which are often excessive. This results in the fact that they are often disappointed with what they have found. Professional customer service means always placing the customer FIRST. They are the most important element and should feel this way. It is also communication which has to result in a bilateral agreement with both the customer and the seller obtaining benefits. It should also be remembered that the customer cannot be treated as a person who is lower than we are but sometimes treating them as a person higher than us is also not the best idea. This way, of course, the customer feels important, but may also start to perceive our company as inferior. Therefore, the best solutions are partner relations, namely the customer is our PARTNER. When it comes to the sellers themselves, they must be aware of one very significant thing; that contact with their users should have purpose, namely contentment and satisfaction of the customer. However, if it is only an obligation, it will certainly not bring the desired effects.
